When you use this site's contact form, we collect the following data that you provide yourself:

  • Phone number / WhatsApp
  • The program or session you're interested in
  • The message or description of your situation that you choose to share

The form opens WhatsApp with this information pre-filled so you can confirm and send the message yourself; this site does not store your data on its own server or send it automatically without your confirmation.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect only your email address. To verify that the address is yours we send you a message with a confirmation link; the subscription is only activated when you click that link.

Additionally, basic technical data (such as IP address or browser type) may be generated while browsing the site, through the hosting provider.

3. Purpose of processing

The data you share is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your request for information or to schedule a session.
  • Follow up on the mentoring process you request.
  • Send you the new articles and resources from this site by email, if you subscribed to the newsletter.

Your personal data is not used for any other commercial purpose, nor is it sold to third parties.

4. Legal basis

Processing of your data is based on your express consent, given by voluntarily completing and submitting the contact form or by writing directly on WhatsApp.

For the newsletter, consent is given when you subscribe and confirm your email address.

Your data is kept only for as long as necessary to manage your request and the corresponding mentoring process, or until you request its deletion.

If you subscribed to the newsletter, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter message includes a link to unsubscribe at any time.

6. Third parties involved

When you write on WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp / Meta's privacy policy. This site does not control how those platforms process your data once the conversation takes place there.

The newsletter is sent through Brevo, an email delivery service that stores your address on our behalf and under its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

Following the general data protection principles recognized internationally (such as the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR), you may request at any time:

  • Access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
